Yoga Salvacion Vinyasa Flow

Anticipate a diverse, inspiring and reliable routine in this 90-minute class.
Vinyasa is a high-energy routine that builds heat, strength, and cardiovascular health. Breathing techniques, proper alignments and some stretching poses immediately flow one after the other for strength-building and to keep the body warm. The session ends with Pranayama practice.

Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series workshop

It is a series of Yoga, where we start to get familiar with the Vinyasa system, Drishti, Counting and Bandhas. As we develop practice, we start integrating new postures.
Various props like blocks, belts, bolsters etc. may be required for challenging poses and limited movements.

Meditative Therapies

We stress and strain ourselves to succeed in our careers which leads to anxiety and poor performance. Meditation is the key to relaxing and calming this scatteredness, raising the level of your consciousness and helping improve poor concentration levels.
Customized meditations are uniquely designed based on diverse energies and different methods to suit each individual.

On the Yoga Session

In our initial consultation, we explore your needs and design a daily practice regimen for our first yoga session. Our recommendation is to commit to a minimum of five sessions to start.

● Asana (Yoga postures), Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), and Meditation are the typical components of your program.
● Additional therapy options; yoga is safe to be practiced in tandem with other techniques.
● Working with you on one to one basis; especially useful for those with specific physiological, musculoskeletal, emotional & mental health issues.
